The Lodge accommodation Lakeland View Lodge has been newly refurbished to a very high standard. Located on the first floor of a former toll cottage and sleeping up to 4 people, it is ideally positioned only yards from the River Greta, with many excellent walks direct from the doorstep. The Lodge is situated just a five minute stroll from Keswick town centre, where there is an abundance of shops, tea rooms, pubs and restaurants. This is a perfect place to relax after a day exploring the Lake District fells.

The accommodation comprises of two very comfortable bedrooms, one double and a twin. The bedrooms enjoy fell views from every window. There is a comfortable lounge with widescreen TV & Sky, a fully fitted dining kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer. Additional equipment includes a hair dryer and iron & ironing board. Bed linen is included, towels can be provided at extra cost. A cot is available if required, but cot bedding is not supplied.

There is a private decked landing area for sitting outside and relaxing.

For your comfort the lodge is centrally heated and double glazed, and is strictly non-smoking. Car parking is available.

Breakfast is available at weekends in Lakeland View guest house, price £5.00 per person.
